I Wanted to be a Better Father
I recall standing in the hallway with four elementary students looking at an enlarged map of the U.S. When I asked the significance of where one of the students was pointing she said, “I think this is where my daddy lives.” She was not sure because he had not communicated with her in years. I can only wonder if her father knew how much she longed for a relationship with him.
If you have come across this site I believe we have at least one thing in common; we want to be a better father. We understand that there must be more than this world has to offer and we are determined to seek God as we lead our children.
Dads, this is an invitation to journey together as we seek God and “Be the father” to our children.
As a parent, we are called to be their father physically as well as represent God (Be THE father) spiritually to our families.

I am my child's pastor!
Joshua in Josh 24:15 exhorted other men to boldly proclaim that they were willing to serve the Lord.
Knowing this truth, I wanted to find a way for my son to be encouraged spiritually by other men to “Serve the Lord”.
This inspired the “What IF Dad” Father > Son Group Challenge. My son has 6 other “Spiritual Dads” who communicate with him on a specific day each week, and in return, I have a specific day of the week to send a spiritual message to the sons of the fathers reaching out to my son.
